ACCREDITATION/COMPLIANCE

IES has assisted both private, for profit schools and public schools with issues in compliance, state regulations, and accreditation. Our process is to review a school’s operations, governance, curriculum, and learning model. From this review, IES will create a consulting proposal which fits the exact need of the organization. The range of services include initial accreditation readiness review and assistance with the self-study to assisting organizations in jeopardy of losing their accreditation and/or state license. We work with the organization every step of the way to ensure the best possible outcome.

NEW SCHOOL DEVELOPMENT

IES has worked with many organizations wishing to start a school through a grass-roots movement or through a purchase of an existing school. The process begins with ascertaining the goal(s) of the organization and then creating a custom plan to achieve the goal(s). Plans typically address operations, management, finance, marketing, IT, student retention and long-term sustainability.
